Day 1 ~ The Holy Land Journey Begins After Mass

Please join Pilgrims of the Blessed Sacrament Parish as we journey into the Holy Land.

Please pray for us, and we will continue to pray for you throughout our trip. God bless all, in Jesus' name. Amen.

You may have questions:

How does it feel to walk in the footsteps of Jesus Christ?

What religious significance does the Holy Land hold for different faiths, especially for our Catholic faith?

What are some of the most important historical events that have taken place in the Holy Land?

What are some of the challenges faced by those who live in the Holy Land today?

Since the beginning of the 4th century, followers of Christ have made their way to the Holy Land. Countless Christians have taken this journey for many reasons. The majority heard the call to experience the place of Christ's birth, the towns where he preached, and the city where he suffered, died, and rose from the dead for our salvation.

In the unique setting of the Holy Land, we hope and pray that God has come to speak to us, revealing the startling mysteries of his love.

Lord, open my lips, and my mouth will proclaim your praise. Glory to the Father..... Amen.

After the Eucharist celebration of our Blessed Sacrament Parish (BSP) pilgrimage to the Holy Land, we headed to the bus to drive to JFK Airport. There is already a sense of camaraderie and great hope among us pilgrims as we begin our blessed journey.
